When you place an order, we will estimate the delivery dates based upon the availability of the item(s) purchased, shipping method selected and destination.

Return & Exchange Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your order or purchase for any reason, you may exchange your item for a merchandise credit. All customized orders, hair accessories and bridal hair pieces or veils are non-refundable/exchangeable. You must call for a return authorization number prior to returning your item or your item may be returned to our retail store location for exchange or store credit.
You have 14 days from the purchase date to exchange/return any clothing for merchandise credit ONLY with the original receipt. Clothing must not be worn and all tags must still be on.
You have 60 days from the date of purchase date to exchange/return any other qualifying items for merchandise credit ONLY with the original receipt.

The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below or return at our retail store.
